• Overall responsibility for the successful achievement of the project’s goals
• Overall project management of a team of advisors, IT and operations staff
• Technical leadership in design and implementation of the programs
• Project results reporting
• Oversee M&E of the project
• Work with a diverse array of partners to create alliances across public, private, and non-profit groups
• Assist with policy strengthening and implementation
Responsibilities and Duties
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
• Masters’ degree in public health, or a related advanced degree;
• 10+ years experience developing and implementing health programs, with extensive experience in HIV/AIDS and ART programs
• Developing country work experience
• Prior experience as a Chief of Party on USAID-funded projects
• Experience working on USAID projects
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively across technical disciplines.
