Crown Agents USA, Inc. seeks a Procurement Specialist for a health center construction project in Ethiopia. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for planning and coordination of all project related procurement.

Project Environment
Due our record of success managing multi-site health center reconstruction projects throughout Ethiopia, we have been approached by another Ethiopian client to manage another US government-funded health center reconstruction project. Given the severe shortage of building materials in Ethiopia, CA-USA requires a procurement specialist that is extremely adept at sourcing building materials such as cement and steel and so forth internationally and scheduling their arrival per a construction master plan. This position could be stationed at out offices in Washington, DC or internationally.
