Position Description
Constella Futures, the international development unit of Constella Group, specializes in the design and implementation of public health and social programs for developing countries. Constella Futures is a global leader in family planning and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, maternal and child health, and infectious diseases, and works with regional, national, and international partners. Since 1971, we have worked on projects in more than 100 countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
Responsibilities and Duties
We are currently seeking a Chief of Party (COP) will lead the development and implementation of the technical approach for the project. The COP is ultimately responsible for developing work plans, other technical documents, monitoring activities implementation and providing overall administrative, financial and technical management. The COP will supervise all professional staff.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
Requires an advanced degree in public health, medicine, social sciences, or an equivalent field at the masters level or higher.
Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in health policy and advocacy, with at least five years of project management experience.
Knowledge of USAID required and other donor funded mechanisms required.
