Constella Futures is a global leader in family planning and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, maternal and child health, and infectious diseases, and works with regional, national, and international partners. Since 1971, we have worked on projects in more than 100 countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean.<br> Constella Futures is seeking an individual with expertise in economic and financial modeling, analysis, and evaluation of policy interventions in the areas of family planning, poverty reduction, and HIV/AIDS. The individual should have demonstrated experience in programmatic areas of interest that can contribute to public sector implementation of sound policies and operational programs in the areas of costing, cost effectiveness, resource allocation, finance, and economic impact. The successful candidate will have imagination and capacity to apply economic analysis and modeling to real issues to inform policy change in developing countries. Knowledge of gender issues and analysis related to reproductive health and HIV/AIDS a plus.

Health Policy Analyst- Center for International Health

The Health Policy Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of program and proposal management tasks for the RTI Center for International Health (CIH) activities in health systems strengthening, health finance, health policy development, infectious diseases, reproductive health, and maternal child health. The position will primarily support the Center’s New Business Development team and management of the Center’s Technical Assistance and Support Contract for Population, Health and Nutrition 3 (TASC 3) indefinite-quantity contract, as well as provide support to other areas of business development and technical program management as required. This position will be based in Research Triangle Park, NC, with periodic trips to RTI’s Washington, DC offices and will include moderate international travel (15-25%). The successful candidate will be able to exceptionally plan and organize work, prepare reports and other documents, assemble and summarize technical materials, and follow-through on agreed actions, while maintaining a positive attitude with other team members in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The Health Policy Analyst must be energetic and show initiative while also appreciating the scope of his or her authority and the boundaries within which (s)he can take action.

Global Health Policy Associate

The Global Health Policy Associate will engage in policy advocacy work for PHR's Health Action AIDS Harm Reduction Program, women and HIV prevention initiative, and, to a lesser extent, other aspects of PHR's Health Action AIDS Campaign. The Global Health Policy Associate reports to the Policy Director and will be based in our Washington, DC office. The position is full-time and funded for one year.There is a possibility of extension should resources permit.

Job Summary: The successful applicant will help to design and execute CGD's policy engagement with relevant U.S. Congressional offices and committees and with development-oriented NGOs to increase the policy impact of the Center's research. Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial to success in this position. Policy experience in one or more of the following areas is especially valuable: trade, migration, and climate change.
